Morality is one of the key aspects in shaping the character of students, especially at the junior high school level. Amid the challenges of modern developments and increasingly complex environmental influences, the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers becomes highly vital in instilling the values of akhlaqul karimah (noble character) in students. Teachers are not only responsible for delivering subject matter but also serve as role models and mentors in students’ daily lives. Therefore, appropriate strategies are required so that moral values can be effectively instilled. This study aims to identify the strategies employed by Islamic Religious Education teachers in implementing akhlaqul karimah among students at SMPN 13 Langgudu Satap. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that PAI teachers apply several strategies to instill akhlaqul karimah, including role modeling, habituation, advice or tausiyah, and personal approaches to students. In addition, collaboration with the school and parents also contributes to the effort of moral education. These strategies have proven effective in shaping students into individuals with noble character, although challenges remain, such as differences in family backgrounds and external environmental influences. With consistent and sustainable implementation, it is expected that students will be able to internalize akhlaqul karimah values in their daily lives.
